Book with the Fallen Angel

Truth does not matter but belief does.

Call me when you would have the wind carry the whisper of my words to a thousand ears; to a million eager listeners.

Summon me when you need the truth unraveled. I will fill the air with untruths, half-truths, and disinformation. Not only the foolish fall.

Truth does not matter when my lies can be woven into the narrative people want. They will find a way to believe.

Ask for me when nothing but the worst will do. Deceive and mislead. Truth can be rewritten. Truth can be twisted by faith.

Summon me, Abrinno, only when the truth frightens you more than I do.

We are moving further into the realm of shadow stuff. With this deck, we are looking to question our most sacred truths. The past is in motion. Nothing is fixed. Nothing is definitive. We need to question everything: who we are, what we believe, what the past meant to us.

If we want to move into a better, healthier future, we need to understand who we are and where we came from. What have we been hiding from ourselves that would be better served by taking it out and examining it in the cool light of a spring morning?

Abrinno, a demon of book craft, is one of the lesser-known demons in the pantheon of demonic entities. However, its influence is said to be profound, especially in the realm of written knowledge. According to legend, Abrinno was once a powerful angel, with a love for knowledge and the written word. However, in its pursuit of knowledge, Abrinno was deemed to have gone too far and was cast out of heaven, becoming a powerful demon in the process.

As a demon of book craft, Abrinno is believed to have the ability to manipulate the knowledge contained within books. Its power is said to be such that it can alter the meaning of words, change historical records, and even create entire books out of thin air. Some stories even suggest that Abrinno can control the reader's mind, making them believe what is written in the book.

The Abrinno card symbolizes the power of knowledge, the manipulation of information, and the ability to control how people think and act. The card serves as a warning about the dangers of misinformation, false history, and propaganda, highlighting the importance of being critical about the information we read and the sources of our knowledge.

When the Abrinno card is drawn in a reading, it may indicate a need for discernment. Question the authenticity of the information presented. It suggests a need to be aware of manipulation and deceit and to seek out the truth. In essence, the card calls for critical thinking and an open mind, encouraging the reader to be more aware of their own biases and assumptions.

In today's world, where information is readily available and accessible, the Abrinno card serves as a reminder that not all information is created equal. With the rise of fake news, alternative facts, and conspiracy theories, it is more important than ever to be critical of the information we consume. The Abrinno card encourages us to be discerning and to question the sources of our knowledge.

The Abrinno card may also serve as a warning against the dangers of intellectual arrogance. In its pursuit of knowledge, Abrinno was deemed to have gone too far and was cast out of heaven. Similarly, in our own pursuit of knowledge, we must be careful not to become too arrogant or dogmatic in our beliefs. The Abrinno card reminds us to be open-minded and to seek out different perspectives and ideas.

The Fallen Angel, Abrinno, serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of knowledge and the dangers of misinformation. As we navigate the complexities of our world, it is essential that we remain vigilant and critical of the information we consume. Abrinno represents the potential for both great power and great danger. It is up to us to wield that power responsibly and to be mindful of the dangers that lie in wait.
