Also known as the spotted seatrout, the speckled trout is found in the southern United States along coasts of Gulf of Mexico and the coastal Atlantic Ocean from Maryland to Florida.
 
For most of my life, I've lived near the Gulf of Mexico. At long last, I am learning to embrace the beauty that is the underwater realm.
