Bertha De Hastings, a woman who was part octopus, was an adventurer at heart. She had always been fascinated by the sea and longed to explore it in a new way. One day, she heard about the first steampunk submarine and knew she had to be a part of it. Bertha set off on her journey aboard the submarine, eager to see the underwater world. She was amazed at the sights she saw - schools of colorful fish, underwater gardens, and shipwrecks. Her octopus arms proved to be useful as she helped the crew navigate the submarine through narrow crevices and helped in the maintenance of the machine.
