Hell seems like a rather unpleasant place to spend time. Even Crowley, the King of Hell detests the place and prefers to keep his throne and residence outside his Fiery Kingdom.
 
I certainly understand why the Winged Bat Demon Dragon wants very much to leave the flaming place and enter a world that is a little more temperate.
