What are you hiding from even yourself? We have moments and beliefs that come and go on the shadow cave's wall of our mind. Why are you hiding some of those thoughts from the world? What are you afraid of?
 
Do you fear what might happen if you share the whole of your truth? Now is not the time for making snap judgments. There may be more here than meets the eye. Would you hurt someone or destroy relationships if you revealed all your feelings and emotions?
 
Think long and hard before you reveal your secrets. Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is to reveal all of our shadow self. Do not wallow in shame, but weigh the potential damage to those you love. Make sure that the price will be worth paying.
