Esmeralda picked up the critical voice in her mind when she was a child. She spent years trying to quiet the voice, to find her focus, to center and remember that she was a worthwhile human no matter what that critical voice in her head said.
 
Years of therapy, positive affirmations, and learning to replace the critical voices with more helpful ones, finally began to have an impact on the voice. Esmeralda knew she deserved the chance to be happy and to truly love herself. The Critical Voice deserved none of her time.
