On certain nights, young Loup transforms. If allowed to roam the streets of the French Quarter, Loup will destroy and harm those he comes across. Although it breaks his Maman's heart, she realized that she must cage her Werewolf Cub on the nights of the full moon; for his own protection as well as for those innocents out to late on the French Quarter streets.
