Last April, I embarked on a program I'd tentatively titled "The Journey to Self-Love: from Shadow to Sunlight". I'd been dealing with emotional turbulence created by my partner, but, here's the thing: no matter how much work I did on me, nothing changed because I was never the problem.
Now that I've been free for almost half a year, I am gaining enough perspective to see the twisted journey of trauma that I'd been on since I met my partner eight long years ago.
And, while my healing journey is only just beginning, I have made much progress. "The Art of Resilience: Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Oracle" has entered the printing phase of its journey. We've passed through the dark night of the soul. The sun is rising on our new beginning and it will be wonderful.
I don't have any events planned for a few months as we move into the brutal heat of
