We’re gathering at Kelwood Contemporary Art for something intimate, something needed:

✨ Your Turn to Reflect: Turning Fear into Hope with Painting & Collage 📍 Kelwood Contemporary Art 🗓 Sunday, July 27 🕑 2:00 – 4:00 PM 💸 $15 per person 👥 Limited to 10 participants – Reservations required

This is not a workshop for making “pretty” art. This is a spell circle of scissors, paint, and memory.

We’ll take what hurts: grief, anger, fear, and give it a shape. We’ll turn silence into paper scraps and shame into brush strokes. We’ll create, not to impress, but to release.

I’ll be there, guiding gently, sharing pieces of my own healing because I, too, have carried the weight of words unsaid, and wounds unacknowledged. This is a space for reclaiming. For saying: this happened, and I am still here.

Contact me or Kelwood Contemporary Art to reserve your space! Only 10 spots. Bring your shadows. We’ll bring the light.

And now… may I tell you a story about a carnival of strangeness?

Last weekend, I stepped through a portal known as the Oddities & Curiosities Expo, and found myself among the weird, the wild, and the wonderful.

Two booths. One deeply sleep-deprived artist. And a thousand moments of magic.

You came in your velvet cloaks, your bones and boots, your laughter and longing. You lingered at haunted dolls. You gasped at glowing sigils. You asked questions that were poems. You reminded me why I do this.

To Jennifer Carwile, whose belief in healing through art is a quiet revolution, thank you.

To Wilson Revelle, who made the double booth possible and somehow kept me from unraveling entirely, thank you.

And to you, whether you stopped by in person or supported from afar, thank you.

You make the shadows shimmer.

🖤 And One More Door Opens...

This Thursday at 11 AM, the veil lifts again, this time, not in a gallery or market hall, but in the shadow-drenched world of Tongue of the Serpent.

Season Two Premieres Thursday, July 24 | 11:00 AM 📺 YouTube | @TongueoftheSerpent

New stories. New secrets. Old gods and darker bargains. The past is stirring beneath the streets of New Orleans, and the Krewe of the Morningstar is not ready for what’s coming.

Whether you’ve been here since the first whisper or you’re just now hearing the serpent’s call, now’s the perfect time to return.

Come back. The story remembers you.
